17th April (Day 1):-
VENUE: - Conference Hall
9:30am- Opening Ceremony.
10:00am -Exhibition of Project.
04:00 pm- Announcement of top Teams.
18th April (Day 2):-
Top Teams play JUNKYARD WARRIORS.
Note to All Participants
a.)Problem statement:
i.) You need to exhibit your projects based on your own ideas.
ii.) A 3x3 Sq. ft digital banner explaining the respective project
should be prepared by every team.
iii.)Top teams will be selected for the final round where they will
compete in a Junkyard War.
b.)Criteria of judgement:i.) Teams will be selected on the basis of points given by judges
and the feedback given by the audience.
ii.) Final winners of Junkyard War will be selected by the judge.c.)Details of venue and other tools provided:
The participants will be provided with the following facilities to exhibit their models:
i.) An exhibit area of 4x3 Sq.feet to place their models will be provided to each team.
ii.) Power supply of 5A through one 3-pin plug socket will be provided to each team.
iii.)Any extra requirement should be notified by the participant alongwith the abstract.d.)Awards:
Top three teams will receive cash prize and merit certificates
will be awarded to the teams who qualifies for Junkyard War.
Participation certificates will be awarded to all the participants.
